The overall features reflective details for increased visibility. The detachable hood, elastic cuffs, and adjustable waist provide extra comfort. The waterproof and seam-sealed construction allows kids to splash in puddles worry-free. The tough bottom has no inseams for maximum durability. A mesh lining in the body keeps kids comfortable all day. Two zippered pockets provide space for essentials. Dress the silicone foot loops under the shoes for extra stability.
